Congratulations, we found the perfect property! Now we begin the offer process. Depending on the market, this can be a very hard, super easy or just nerve wrecking process. Yes, our offer was accepted! Now we move to a contract. Let's go over the agreement and be sure we include all the things most important to you. Now the true work begins once the contract is fully executed. ASK YOUR SBR REALTY PRO ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS!

Come on let's work it to the bone.. Attorney review begins, schedule and attend inspections, work closely with your lender, gather and keep all your documents close, pay for the appraisal and authorize title work to be started and the beat goes on! Keep your sbr realty pro on speed dial.

Your loan is approved, title is cleared, your disclosures were received and reviewed, we are officially cleared to close. Let's set the date, get our final number for the amount needed to close, do our final walk through, and head to the closing table! Your sbr realty pro is still with you..
