Congratulations, we found the perfect property! Now we begin the offer process. Depending on the market, this can be a very hard, super easy or just nerve wrecking process. Come on let's work it to the bone.. Attorney review begins, schedule and attend inspections, work closely with your lender, gather and keep all your documents close, pay for the appraisal and authorize title work to be started and the beat goes on! Keep your sbr realty pro on speed dial.
